Effects of fear of failure!
The thought of failing to accomplish the goals and plans that God has placed within your heart coupled with guilt for not utilizing your gifts & talents to serve others is NOT God's will for your life!! He does not desire for you to ever struggle with feelings of doubt, fear, self-esteem, or rejection all rooted in fear.

Prayer to conquer the fear of failure
" Lord, I humbly come before you acknowledging that I need you and depend fully upon you this day to help me overcome and conquer the fear of failure that has crippled me from walking boldly in my life's purpose. I repent for allowing the feelings of fear and negative thoughts and emotions to lead my life instead of you. From this moment forward I put my trust in you and ask that you would help me confidently know who I am in Christ and never look back. Lead and guide me in my daily decisions and actions to lead me closer to you and further away from fear. I decree and declare that I am free through Christ from any forms of fear, rejection, low self-esteem, or any other negative emotions that have been sent to steal, kill, or destroy any part of my God-given purpose. Thank you in advance for victory in this area of my life. In the mighty name of Jesus! Amen"
